Blackecommerce.com may change fees for promotinal events, new services or from time to time. To do so is at our discretion and will be efferective upon posting. If there are any changes to our Subscriptions and Fees you will be given a 30-day notice. All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Members are responsible for paying fees and taxes, if any, in a timely manner with an accepted valid payment method. If your method of payment is declined, your account will be suspended; and may be forwarded to a collection agency after 30 days. You may then become responsible for additional fees associated with collection agencies and legal counsel.
